What's the difference between Instant Book and Request-to-Book?
Instant Book confirms your spot immediately and takes payment on the spot. Request-to-Book sends your request to the owner, who approves or declines within their response window — if they don't respond in time, the request expires and you're not charged.
How do I pay?
Payments run through UPI via Razorpay. You can apply promo codes and use wallet credits to reduce what you pay. Everything is handled securely in-app.
How do I get into the parking spot?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll get a 6-digit PIN or a QR code. Show it (or enter it) at the entry point to verify your booking and park.
I have a space — how much can I earn?
You set your own rates by hour, day, week, or month (starting from ₹10). After each completed booking, your net earnings (gross minus the platform fee) are added to your wallet, and you can withdraw to your bank — funds typically arrive within about 2 business days.
Is it safe?
Yes. Owners complete KYC (ID, selfie, and bank verification) before receiving payouts, payments are processed securely, and reviews come only from real completed bookings. In-app chat and support are there if anything comes up.
